Agreement on the processing of personal data
This Agreement on the processing of personal data was developed in accordance with legislation of the Russian Federation, including the Federal Law No. 152-ФЗ "On Personal Data" By joining this Agreement and placing the data on the Site https://rusmam.ru (hereinafter - the Site), by filling in personal profile, User agrees to the processing of personal data and their transfer to the personal data processing Controller - Workgroup of Theriological Society of the Russian Academy of Sciences on creation of the Atlas of the Russian mammals distribution (hereinafter - Controller), to which the Site belongs, under the following conditions.
User:
- Confirms that all the information provided personally belongs to him;
- confirms and acknowledges that he has completely and fully read the Agreement and conditions of the processing of his personal data, specified in the personal profile fields, and that the Agreement text and personal data processing conditions are understandable to him;
- gives Consent to the personal data processing without any reservations and restrictions (hereinafter - Consent). The moment of the Consent acceptance is the clicking on the Form submit button on any page of the Site;
- confirms that giving the Consent, he acts freely, wilfully and for own benefit.
This Consent is given to the personal data processing both using autimation tools and without them.
Consent is given to the processing of the following User personal data, specified by the User in the following forms:
- Surname, name;
- Position, organization;
- Country;
- City;
- Field of interests;
- E-mail address.
The purpose of the personal data processing is their storage and usage, including:
- Responses to the User's requests;
- Maintenance of the User's work with the Controller's Site;
- Compliance with the copyright of the User materials placed on the Site.
By accepting the terms of this Agreement, User expresses the interest and give complete Consent to the fact that his personala data processing includes the following actions: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, refinement (update, change), extraction, usage transfer
(access granting), anonymization, blockage, deletion, destruction of personal data.
User's consent to the processing of personal data is specific, informed and conscious.
This User Consent is considered to be executed in written form.
The Consent shall be valid from the moment of data submittal and may be rovoked by the User by filing a written statement to the Controller, indicating the data determined by the Article 14 of the Federal Law No. 152-ФЗ "On Personal data". In case of withdrawal of the personal data processing Consent by the User the Controller has the right to continue processing personal data without the User's consent if there are grounds,
indicated in the clauses 2-11, part 1 of the Article 6, part 2 of the Article 10 and part 2 of the Article 11 of the Federal Law No. 152-ФЗ "On personal data".
User's personal data transfer shall not be carried out to the third Parties, except in cases established by law.
The Controller has the right to introduce the changes to the Agreement at any time. When amending the date of the last update shall be specified in the current version. The updated version of Agreement shall enter into force from the moment of its placement, unless otherwise stipulated by the updated version of the Agreement.
